Joan, my wife and real estate partner, and I have been involved in real estate through buying, selling, owning our own homes and investing in and managing income properties.
We decided to purchase a condo in St. Petersburg for many obvious reasons, great weather and beaches, many cultural opportunities and a magnificent vibrant downtown area. Wanting to share our wonderful experience with others, we decided to get our real estate licenses and go to work for Paul and Gudrun Gibbs at Getaway Homes.
Our goal is to find your dream getaway home or permanent residence in sunny Florida. We are a full service real estate company, dealing with rentals, property management, and home insurance and providing buyers and sellers with a complete one-stop real estate experience.
